These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase and use of digital products offered by Fernway Studio ("we", "us", "the studio"). By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Fernway Studio is an independent software studio that creates and sells digital products, including templates, tools, and web applications. You can reach us at stevenjia93@gmail.com.

2. Payments and order processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments, invoices, and handles returns at the payment level. When you purchase a product, you also agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy.

3. Licenses for digital products

When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. Specifically:

• You may use the product for your own personal or business purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product files or access with third parties.
• You may not repackage the product, in whole or in part, into a competing product.
• Templates may be duplicated and modified for your own use without limit.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically, immediately or shortly after purchase, via a download link or duplication link sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not receive your product within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will resend it.

5. Updates and support

Paid products include free updates to the version line you purchased. Support is provided by email on a reasonable-effort basis. Free tools are provided as-is and may change or be retired at any time.

6. Refunds

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or our products for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products, including text, design, code, and graphics, is owned by Fernway Studio unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that products will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Products that assist with record-keeping (for example, rental management templates) are organizational tools and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fernway Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
