One inbox for everything: support, refunds, licensing questions, and anything else about the studio's products.
What to include
- Support: the product name and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help.
- Refunds: the email address you used at checkout, and your Paddle order number if you have it. See the Refund Policy for how refunds work.
- Billing questions: invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle, our payment provider. Your order confirmation email contains a direct link to manage the order.
Response time
We reply to every message, normally within 2 business days. Refund requests are prioritized.
