14-day refund guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid product from Fernway Studio, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questionnaire, no hoops. We may ask what did not work for you, but answering is optional and never a condition of the refund.

How to request a refund

  • Email us at stevenjia93@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number from the Paddle receipt.
  • You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your order receipt. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment-level returns.

We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

What is covered

  • All one-time purchases of digital products sold on this site, within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases at any time. Contact us and we will make it right.
  • Products that fail to deliver. If a download or duplication link does not work and we cannot fix it promptly, you get a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

What is not covered

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, except for the delivery failures described above.
  • Free products and tools, since there is nothing to refund.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, your license to use the product ends and you should delete your copies of the product files or duplicated templates.
