Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

This policy explains what information Fernway Studio collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect very little, we do not run advertising or tracking, and we never sell personal data.

1. Information we collect

  • Purchase information. When you buy a product, checkout is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email address, billing country, and payment details, and shares your name, email, and order details with us so we can deliver the product and provide support. We never see or store your full payment card details.
  • Email correspondence. If you email us for support or a refund, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and keep a record of the request.
  • Basic hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs, such as IP address and requested pages, for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

2. What we do not collect

  • No advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site.
  • No accounts, so no passwords or profiles.
  • Free tools run in your browser and do not send your inputs to us.

3. Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own. Paddle's checkout may use cookies necessary to process your payment; see Paddle's privacy policy for details.

4. How we use your information

  • To deliver products you purchased and send order-related email.
  • To answer support questions and process refunds.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements handled through Paddle.

We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in, and we do not share your data with third parties except the service providers named in this policy.

5. Service providers

  • Paddle (paddle.com): payment processing and Merchant of Record.
  • Cloudflare: website hosting and content delivery.
  • Notion: some products are delivered as Notion templates; using them is subject to Notion's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Data retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support correspondence is kept for up to two years and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your correspondence earlier at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will handle the request within 30 days. For data held by Paddle, we will point you to the right contact or forward the request.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
